According to the integrated SSMA management system, the risk activities supervisors in the mining units capture the information of the risk indicators organized in Inspection, Verification of Operational Standards (VEO), Intervention and Planned Work Observations formats.
(OPT).Information records are entered into the application without the need to be connected to the Internet.
These collected data are later synchronized with a connection to a central server that consolidates the reports and facilitates the control and monitoring of risk activities in the unit.The application allows multi-user work and each supervisor user can access the filling of the configured formats.
The information collected in the forms can be signed by the actors and those responsible for the supervised areas, and evidence such as photos or additional comments can also be collected on the forms.
